I loved the ground-floor room which was lovely, but the lack of help with luggage was disappointing. The rooms were clean, had AC, but don't count on your towels being replaced unless you ask the cleaning staff directly.

The service was kind and always accessible, but I felt they were short and unwelcoming in response to our inquiries. They did help us extend our stay, which was a plus.

The location was ideal, situated between Piran and Izola, making it easy to travel around with or without electric bikes. The view was stunning and I loved the personalized breakfast menu.

The dining area was a bit chaotic, especially on the last day due to an app issue. However, the large food selection was good, and it wasn't as crowded as expected during peak season.
